DomainBasic Info
When did I start blogging? I started blogging in the year 2005. I used blogspot for about 1 year but I had multiple sites there, that’s why I already forgot most of the URLs. Then I saw Ate Ems’ site, so I applied for it and got my very first hosted site <hershey.cutebits.com>. After awhile, I deleted that site because it was really hard for me to maintain and update. I didn’t know anything about blogging and the likes. When my summer vacation came, I had nothing to do, so I decided to get a another subdomain <kawaii.heart-crush.uk.to> from Ate Ems again. Then, Ate Ems had a free .luv.ph domain extension offer so I decided to apply again. Thus, Chocobaby.Luv.Ph was born. I didn’t delete it since I’m very attached to that blog. Because I have some of my memories in there I decided to make it as my private blog. But I somewhat sold it to my online friend because she really liked my site name. And last but not the least, Choco-Drops.Com, who was bought by me out of pure temptation. And that’s why this site of mine is alive. Why Choco-Drops? Wonder why my site is called Choco-Drops? I chose choco-drops because it sounds cute! When I think of “choco-drops”, I always imagine that the rain is not composed of water but of chocolates! Wouldn’t it be great if it would rain chocolate drops instead of rain drops? All you need to do is open your mouth during chocolate rains, then you will have all the free choco-drops that you want! Lol. Though it would be sticky walking through choco-puddles and stuff. Another reason why I chose this is because my nickname is “Hershey”. My friends always associate my name to “chocolates”. That’s why most of my sites have the word “choco” in it! The Reason Behind? Why do I blog? As said above, I’m a girl who can’t express herself fully. I tend to be conservative & introvert-like. I keep all my thoughts to myself. Through blogging, I have the freedom to express my ideas, feelings and thoughts without anyone opposing to it. This is the only way that I won’t feel inferior or humiliated. Blogging is also an outlet of my emotions, which is very important to me since there’s nowhere else I can pour my emotions. Another reason is that blogging opened hundreds of new doors to explore in. In all of my blogging days, I have learned a lot from fellow bloggers. I gained lots of friends. Now, I have my online friends and offline friends that I love really dearly! Who are my past and present hostees?
