♥ Beijing Olympics

Well, everyone knows that yesterday was the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony (08-08-08). I didn’t watch it live since obviously, there wouldn’t be any tickets available anymore and it would be too expensive.

Anyways, I watched the opening ceremony on TV at around 9 p.m. yesterday. Gosh, I was so amazed with all that was going on. There were like a couple hundreds of people dancing around the stadium. From the costumes, to the choreography, to the stage design, to the fireworks and organization, everything was awesome! I’m not saying this because I’m a 100% pure Chinese, but I just can’t help being proud of this event. I mean, China has like 5000 years of history. And this is the very first time that they will host the Olympics. China has 17 days to share their rich history and culture to the whole world.

China has spent billions of dollars just to make this event extraordinary. Have you seen the different stadiums in Beijing? Cool designs right? They merged the ancient and modern designs of their country. I wanna go and see for myself the stadiums in Beijing.

   Hmm, I loved it too. The swimming competition (men) was great. Michael Phelps rocks. Hekhek.

   I wanna go there too, it looks awesome. I loved the part where they raced the Olympic logo like it was floating. XD
